No. Compression runs locally in the browser, and the app has no image upload endpoint.
Which formats are supported?
JPEG, PNG, and WebP are compressed in v1. GIF, SVG, HEIC, AVIF, TIFF, and BMP are marked as unsupported.
Why process only two images at once?
Image optimization can use significant memory. A two-file queue keeps batches stable on more browsers and devices.
